Before we start throwing suggestions at you on how to improve your work life or how I can support you, we have a conversation about your pain points, how you define success after we’ve agreed to work together, what your ideal work week looks like and what your business goals are.

Drawing from the insights and information gathered on our discovery call, a proposal is drafted and personalised according to your pain points and requirements.
Should the need arise, the proposal is discussed/ elaborated or revised, after which a final contract is drawn up and signed by both parties (client and us).
Once the contract is signed, the client is then onboarded into any existing system that we’ve agreed to be using on their assignment and/ or we will need to be granted access into the client’s system or platforms, and, meet any key members of the client’s team.
After an agreed onboarding period lapses, we immediately get started on our deliverables to you ensuring complete transparency, communication and tracking.
