Apextra Virtual Academy (A.V.A)

1. Overview
This Affiliate Policy governs participation in the Apextra Virtual Academy (“A.V.A”, “we”, “us”, “our”) Affiliate Program (the “Program”). The Program allows approved individuals and organizations (“Affiliates”, “you”) to earn commissions by referring learners to A.V.A courses, coaching programs, and services through unique referral links. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Policy, our Terms and Conditions of Service and Refunds, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
To become an Affiliate, you must submit an application to A.V.A and be approved. You must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate and complete registration information, and operate a website, social media presence, or audience consistent with A.V.A’s mission and values. A.V.A reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, and to review Affiliate accounts periodically for continued compliance.
3. Referral Links and Tracking
Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link and/or discount code. Referrals are tracked through cookies valid for [30] days from the initial click. If a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase within this period, the sale will be credited to your account. A.V.A is not responsible for tracking failures caused by disabled cookies, browser settings, or actions of the referred customer.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities and Promotion Guidelines
As an Affiliate, you agree to promote A.V.A honestly, accurately, and professionally. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with A.V.A in accordance with applicable advertising laws and platform rules. You must not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about A.V.A’s programs, including guarantees of employment, income, or specific outcomes. You may only use A.V.A brand assets (logos, images, copy) as provided or approved by us, and must not alter them without written consent.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following will result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions: spamming (unsolicited bulk email, comments, or messages), bidding on A.V.A branded keywords in paid search, cookie stuffing or forced clicks, misrepresenting yourself as A.V.A or an employee of A.V.A, promoting A.V.A on websites containing unlawful, hateful, or adult content, self-referrals or fraudulent transactions, and offering unauthorized discounts, coupons, or incentives.
7. Relationship of the Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Policy creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and A.V.A. You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from commissions you earn.
8. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using all referral links and A.V.A brand assets. Legitimately earned, unpaid commissions will be paid in the next scheduled payout cycle; commissions forfeited due to Policy violations will not be paid.
9. Limitation of Liability
A.V.A shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including loss of income from tracking errors, Program changes, or termination. A.V.A’s total liability under this Policy shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to This Policy
A.V.A reserves the right to modify commission rates, tracking periods, or any other aspect of this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
11. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
