About the Program:
The program focuses on speaking skills via Zoom sessions with American English Instructors. It also includes listening, reading, and writing, online, using a self-study mode. The program offers the fundamentals of English as a foundational requirement.
Additionally, it offers English for Office to most majors, Medical English for Medical students and Doctors, IT English for engineering students and technical professionals, English for Hotel professionals, and English for Accountants.

Programs’ Audience:
Our learners are in executive roles, seasoned professionals, and those in continuing education, as well as Learning & Development within companies.

The Process:
Initial Assessment:
Our English instructors conduct a 1-to-1 verbal assessment of each learner to set the baseline level. Groups of learners are composed based on homogeneous speaking levels. Listening, reading, and writing assessments are conducted to set up the learners’ groups online.
Groups’ Formation:
We form groups based on the language proficiency level. In those combinations, we try to avoid hierarchical relationships in professional settings. This means we try NOT to put supervisors and subordinates in the same group, to keep the atmosphere relaxed and focused solely on acquiring English skills in a safe environment.

Online Self-paced Upskilling:
In addition to the 2 Zoom sessions per month, we onboard the learners to our platform to access the program designed for proper grammar and vocabulary in professional settings, and an informative tour of the US culture, which uses English as the core focus.

Hours per Week:
Depending on your preference, we propose 1-3 hours per week, or more, of self-study online, in addition to 2hours of Zoom sessions per month.

Profile of English Course Creators and Instructors:
The experience of our course creators and instructors ranges between 10 and 25 years of teaching English to professionals, in tens of countries. They also have this passion to pass their expertise of language while connecting

Program Period:
Depending on your needs and preferences, we propose a program between 6 and 18 months. This gives enough time to compare the “before and after”. You will then decide to continue for a few more months, another year, or decide on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Monitoring and Reporting:
We send a quarterly progress report by learner and analytics by group. We also conduct surveys quarterly to collect learners’ feedback about the program and the instructors. In collaboration with you, we act on the findings of these reports.
